Kaitlyn Swihart is our administrative assistant and is currently studying Business Administration at Indiana University in South Bend. Kaitlyn handles the majority of our data entry, processing receipts, pulling property tax bills, scanning and emailing all property tax bills to owners. Kaitlyn also assists with the front office to help answer the phones, respond to tenant prospects, work orders and concerns. Kaitlyn helps fill the gaps as needed and assists in many areas of the office.
